DamGoodDeals curates and ranks deals, coupons, and sales from Canadian retailers. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with the retailers featured unless stated. We don't sell products ourselves — when you click a deal you're taken to the retailer to complete any purchase, and your transaction is subject to that retailer's own terms.
Some links on the Service are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the Service free.
Prices, discounts, and availability change frequently and are set by the retailers, not us. We can't guarantee that any price, discount, or deal is current or available. Product prices and availability shown on a retailer's site are accurate as of the date/time indicated there and are subject to change — always confirm the final price on the retailer's site before buying.
You may sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google or Facebook) to save and like deals. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, abuse the like or voting features, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
If you submit content (such as likes, votes, or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the Service. Don't submit anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
The Service links to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
